The Self-Storage Co facility at Milton provides two distinct styles of Self-Store unit to meet differing needs and to allow for your developing storage requirements - as your needs grow, so can your storage capacity.

For domestic and small business storage, we offer Self-Store Compartments ranging in size from a floor area of 25 sq. ft. (~2.25 m2) to 240 sq. ft (~22.3 m2), as shown in the photograph, right.  Should your needs exceed these sizes, then we can offer our superb Storage Units, featuring individual roller shutter-secured vehicular access with storage area sizes up to 1200 sq. ft. (108 m2).

Both types of unit feature swipe card access control with entry and exit logging at our on-site control room.  For storage compartment users, the same swipe card provides access to the covered drive-through loading and unloading areas integral to the building and giving easy access to your compartment, fully sheltered from the elements.

This newly-equipped storage facility is insulated throughout.  It has a full smoke and fire detection system covering all storage areas with fire extinguishers provided conveniently for use, should they be required.

Access is available to all storage units for authorised users 24/7 through the secure access system which controls the whole site.

Storage Units are available with external vehicular roller shutters or pedstrian access doors.

The minimum contract period for Storage Compartments and Storage Units is just four weeks and we are generally able to arrange immediate access to the storage area upon completion of the few, simple formalities.  Our competitive rates for Storage Compartment  and Storage Unit rental are shown in the table below.

DEPOSIT:  A deposit equal to the appropriate 4-weekly contract fee is payable in advance at the time of reservation.  This deposit, less any outstanding charges, will be refunded at the end of the contract period.
NB:  Storage rental charges are not subject to VAT
