Got questions? We’ve got answers. At The Self Storage Co (Didcot) Ltd, we understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. We have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions in order to enhance your experience with us. If you can’t find the answer you were looking for, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with any missing information.

CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE OR CARAVAN IN YOUR FACILITY?

No - we do not provide vehicle or caravan storage.

CAN I STORE A MOTORCYCLE IN YOUR FACILITY?

Yes - We allow storage of motorcycles in our outside containers. Engines will require a drip tray under them in case of leaks.

CAN YOU ACCEPT DELIVERIES?

Yes - we accept deliveries FOC. A key holding service is provided - parcels can be collected at our site admin office.

DO YOU ALLOW ACCESS ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

Yes - you will have access 24/7  365 days a year. However the site office is closed for Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment can be made by:

  • Standing Order

  • Bank Transfer

  • Card Payment on Site

  • Card Payment by Phone

Please note we do not accept cash or cheque payments.

DO YOU ALLOW STORAGE OF GAS BOTTLES?

No - we do not. We ask you consult us if you intend to store any potentially flammable or dangerous item.
